Tasting notes.
Nose
Fresh spearmint and orange zest, then cracked peppercorn and a floral lift. A clean grain note with light honey and citrus oil.
Palate
Candied orange peel and mint coolness, then black pepper, clove and a touch of anise. Lean but lively, with a gentle malt sweetness.
Finish
Snappy and refreshing. Peppery warmth with cooling mint and drying citrus rind. The oak stays back so the rye can speak.
