Tasting notes.
Nose
Sweet corn and caramelized sugar, then vanilla bean, toasted oak and light baking spice. A gentle lift of cinnamon and clove, with a faint orange peel brightness.
Palate
Toffee, honeyed corn and vanilla custard, then black pepper, cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg. Toasted oak, roasted peanuts and a hint of cocoa in the middle.
Finish
Clean and moderately long. Oak, lingering vanilla, light caramel and a dry spice fade.
