Shipping and age
21+, signed
at the door.
Age
You must be 21 or older to order. Someone 21 or older must sign for the delivery in person.
Timing
Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your order.
Where we ship
Orders ship through Rackhouse Connect, our fulfillment partner. What can be shipped depends on the alcohol laws of your state, and your address is checked at checkout.
Missed delivery
If we can't deliver your shipment, we can re-ship it for $25, because the carrier charges us when a package comes back. If it can't be delivered at all, we refund your balance.
Refunds
All sales are final. If something is wrong with your shipment, write to support@rackhouseconnect.com, our fulfillment partner.
