ok but WHO actually is on your website right now?

ok but WHO actually is on your website right now?

I started asking and the data ✨ humbled tf ✨ outta me

I've been guilty of this too - building out content, offers, lead magnets... assuming I know what my audience wants based on analytics dashboards (and vibes tbh)

💀 biggest mistake ever

here's what the data actually shows:

revenue problems aren't actually a traffic problem!! they're a stranger problem

ur sending people to a page that was built for someone you made up in a strategy doc (that let’s be honest, you probably created in Claude)

you optimise for a fake person, and then wonder why the conversion rate is giving #tragic

the brands with the highest MRR aren't just tracking clicks or A/B testing like all of us

they're literally asking their customers 'bestie, why are you here?’

ergo, closing that middle of funnel gap we ALL see

(spoiler alert: top of funnel means absolutely nothing if your middle leaks)

that's why I've added Zigpoll to my new website I’m working on  - a micro-survey tool that pops up at the right moment and asks the right question

just a quick 'hi stranger, who are u and what do u need from me?'

the difference between a visitor who bounces and a customer who converts

In marketing jargon: the saving grace of a leaky MOF

so I'm asking. the answers change my content. customers get more value. I get more conversions and moolah 💸

It’s the ultimate win-win in business

Zigpoll if you're not using this yet, start. it's free and live in 5 mins 👇

(yes it's a collab, but i'd have told u anyway bc it’s the GOAT)
