Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for all services from Dani Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (number 13812823), run by Danielle Theobald ("Dani Digital", "I", "me", "my"). It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel in writing before work has started, you get a full refund of anything you have paid. This does not apply to Pinterest Partner (see section 5).
2. Pinterest Foundation (one-time project)
Once work has started, the fee is not refundable, because the time and research go in from day one. If you cancel part way, I hand over everything finished up to that point.
3. Pinterest Engine and agency work (monthly)
You can cancel at any time with 28 days' written notice. You pay for the notice period, and I keep working during it.
Months already paid and started are not refundable. No further payments are taken after the notice period ends.
4. Fractional CMO
There is a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can cancel with the notice period set out in your signed contract. Months already paid and started are not refundable.
5. Pinterest Partner (flat fee)
This is a flat fee where I keep working until your account reaches 1 million monthly impressions, however long it takes.
The fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, once paid. This includes cancelling before work starts, cancelling part way, and the time it takes to reach the target.
6. If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with any work, email dani@danidigital.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. I will fix anything that does not match what we agreed, at no extra cost.
7. Consumers
My services are for businesses. If you buy as a private individual in the UK, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask me to start work within those 14 days, you pay for the work done up to the point you cancel.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card via Wise, or bank transfer) within 14 days of being agreed. Card refunds can take a further 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank.
9. How to cancel
Email dani@danidigital.co.uk with your name, company and the service you want to cancel. I confirm by email within 2 working days.
