here's exactly what I'd do

1. Set up 15 boards that are sub-topics of my niche 2. Add 500 character optimised descriptions to each of those boards (use Claude if you don't know how to do it manually) 3. Month 1: Post 2 pins/day, with an even distribution across boards 4. Month 2: Post 4 pins/day, with an even distribution across boards 5. Month 3: Post 5 pins/day, using results from month 1-2 to inform board distribution (post on top 50% of boards, ignore the bottom 50%) 6. Month 4-6: Post 10 pins/day, using the data to inform you

And in general throughout all months: - ensure each pin is optimised with 800 character description (again, use Claude if you've got no idea how) - mix pin hyperlinks between current optimised marketing efforts (eg - Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Landers, Lead Magnets, etc) - focus on educational, saveable pins - ALWAYS follow the data
